Goulburn Murray Community Leadership (GMCL)
The 2026 Fairley Leadership Program is a transformative journey designed to maximise each participant’s potential for community leadership. Built for individuals from various sectors and locations across the Goulburn Murray region, the program delivers a unique experience that balances personal growth with community engagement. The program is dedicated to evolving with the needs of the region, providing a platform for emerging leaders to invest in their communities and drive meaningful change. With a combination of program days and online sessions, the program will be delivered in a hybrid format. Monthly ‘reflection’ sessions will also be included for independent self paced learning. Throughout the program, participants will build essential skills, deepen their regional understanding, and discover opportunities for effective community mobilisation. The Fairley Leadership Program is committed to supporting passionate individuals who aim to enrich the collective well-being of the Goulburn Murray region and wider community.

Co-Design Practitioners is a transformative professional development program that builds your capability and confidence to lead participatory design processes. Through a thoughtfully designed blend of learning approaches, you’ll join a diverse community of practitioners who share your commitment to ethical, inclusive design. Dates: 7 April - 30 October 2026. Format & Duration: Fortnightly sessions over 7 months.
Leading Co-Design in Complex Systems

Want to bring design, dialogue and co-creation into how you plan, commission and manage complex work? Leading Co-Design in Complex Systems is a short course for purpose-driven professionals who want to work more collaboratively and more skillfully with colleagues, clients and communities. The next course is online in June at a time designed to suit participants in Australia, NZ and the Americas. The September series is designed to suit participants in the UK and Europe, and those who prefer after hours training in Australia and NZ. June 2026 - Thursdays: 4 June, 11 June, 18 June and 25 June. 10am-12pm AEST (Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane) September 2026 - Mondays: 7, 14, 21 and 28 September. 6pm-8pm AEST (Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane)
